Orders will be checked, processed and confirmed. You must verify that all the details on the confirmation are correct and that our service meets your requirements.
You will receive a pro-forma invoice by fax or email. We accept all major credit cards and Bacs transfers (the bank details for Exantia Display Systems Ltd. are available on request). Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been processed.
All prices exclude VAT and delivery.
Delivery is usually within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of approved artwork, however large orders may take longer.
Packing and Transport
Goods will be packed securely before dispatch. Exantia Display Systems Ltd. are not liable for any delay, damage to or loss of articles after leaving our premises. Claims for damage while in transit should be made upon the carriers delivering the goods immediately on receipt. Unless written notification of any complaint is made to Exantia Display Systems Ltd. within 7 days of receipt we will be unable to accept liability.
Loss or Damage
Exantia Display Systems Ltd. are not responsible for any loss or damage from any cause whatsoever in respect of any article entrusted to us for any purpose whatsoever. Customers should be aware that carriers cannot always guarantee delivery by a certain time. Exantia.s own transport can be used when timing is critical. The cost of this service can be obtained by contacting Exantia Display Systems Ltd.
Exantia Display Systems Ltd. will endeavour to match colour to any proofs supplied, but do not accept responsibility for colour correcting any files or scans supplied to us as RIP ready. An additional charge will be made for colour correction. Artwork should be supplied in accordance with the supplied technical specifications.
Products manufactured or assembled according to customers. specifications are not offered on approval. All products carry warranty against manufacturing defects. In the event of a complaint, all relevant work must be returned to Exantia Display Systems Ltd. within 14 days with a written explanation of the reason for return. No responsibility for errors will be considered by Exantia Display Systems Ltd. unless a written order was originally supplied. Goods must be returned in their original packaging.
Cancellation can only be made before an order proceeds to printing. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to Exantia Limited. via Fax or Post.
None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
