What is the lead time on orders?
We are able to turn orders around within five working days of receipt of approved artwork and payment.
However if you do have an urgent deadline give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate, our print shop is continuously expanding.
How long does it take to set up the stands?
Banner stands take 3 minutes to set up.
Pop Up stands take 12 minutes to set up.
How much do the stands weigh?

What warranty do you offer?
The hardware carries a 5 year limited warranty which applies to the stand itself against component failure and defects of any kind. (subject to no malicious or accidental damage).
The print carries a 1 year guarantee. (subject to no malicious or accidental damage).
We never compromise on quality of materials used and can offer this warranty as a result of our confidence in our stands and print quality.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT.
What cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Solo, Switch, Maestro and JCB.
However we do charge a 3% fee for payment by credit card, no charge is made for payment by debit card.
Standard next day courier service.
We charge £20 for the delivery of up to two banner stands for next day UK mainland delivery between 9:00am and 5:30pm, and £4 per stand thereafter.
Delivery of Pop Up stands is charged at £48 per pop up stand for next day UK mainland delivery between 9:00am and 5:30pm.
Delivered before midday next day courier service.
We charge £40 for the delivery of up to two banner stands for next day UK mainland delivery between 9:00am and midday, and £8 per stand thereafter. Delivery of Pop Up stands is charged at £76 per pop up stand for next day UK mainland delivery between 9:00am and midday.
Same Day Deliveries
Same day deliveries can also be arranged and are often used around the London area. Please Contact Us for a quote.
If you are based locally in and around Barking in east London or West Essex you are most welcome to collect you stand free or charge by prior arrangement from our offices in Barking Essex.

My venue is asking for a 'Fire certificate' in reference to my stand, can you help?
We can provide a fire rating document. You can download the certificate here or we can fax it to your Exhibition's venue.
Can I get replacement graphics for my popup stand?
Yes, we can supply replacement graphics for our Mag Loc of Curved or Straight Popup stands.
What is the difference between your Classic and Premier banner stands?
The Classic stand is our entry level banner stand. By upgrading to the Premier stand you get increased stability thanks to a larger footprint and increase in weight. The Premier stand comes with a chrome finish to the sides of the base unit. The top bar in the Premier supports a flush finish. The pole and hook are not visible from the front unlike the Classic stand.
What is the difference between your Premier and top-line Platinum banner stands?
The Platinum stand supports an adjustable stand footprint (to suit different space conditions without affecting stability). Due to its futuristic design, the stand fits into a smaller carry case compared to the Premier stand to make transportation even easier. Stability is further increased thanks to a increase in weight of 1 Kg when compared to the Premier unit.
Can you shorten your lead times?
We offer a "Express Service" for a reduced turnaround time of under 5 working days. Please contact us for more information on our "Express service"for ultra-quick turnaround times.
How do I prepare the artwork?
We provide templates for all of our products in the most popular design program formats. These are ideal for designers to create your artwork to the precise proportions and specifications. In some cases we can take your hi resolution pictures and logos to create a design for you. Please contact us regarding prices and conditions for this service.
How do I learn more about your products?
You can download specification sheets in PDF format for all of our products. In these documents you will find detailed information about size, weight, and prices. The document also contains pictures of the stand and close-ups of its main features.
How good is the quality of your print?
We provide the best print quality available in the market by using certified media and the latest in printing technology. We print our banner stands on OpalJet 125 micron stoplight film and the Pop Ups on OpalJet 300 micron stoplight film. In both cases the prints are laminated using Sandtex seal to prevent surface scratching.
Can you print from a picture I took on my digital camera?
Yes. However you must be aware that the size and quality of your picture determines the finished job. We recommend that pictures are taken on a 3 (or more) mega pixel camera at the best available quality.
What's the best way for me to supply my artwork?
Firstly and most importantly please remember to mark your order number clearly on the disk or during the Secure File Exchange upload.
If supplying a disk, please include a colour copy visual of the design.
To speed up the production process you (or your designer) can use our Secure File Exchange facility to upload the artwork files, this has proved to be a fast and efficient system.
Can I send a PDF file?
Yes, we can print PDF files saved from Adobe Acrobat Professional and Illustrator or exported from Quark Xpress, InDesign or Freehand.
You should use the "press optimised" settings in your design application to get the best size-quality ratio.
Do I need any bleed in the artwork?
For our Pop Up stands you do not need any bleed, just make sure there is not any unintended white gaps between your pictures or at the design edges.
For our banners (Classic, Premier, Platinum), there is a 100 mm bleed at the bottom. This section is not visible but feeds into the unit base. You should make your background colour or image to continue into this section to avoid any unintended white showing.
On banners, it is also advisable to leave the top 20-30 mm free of any information (the top 20 mm will go into the top bar).
