Aluminium Composite Board

Also referred to as: Dibond, Dilite, Dibond Digital, Raybond and Raynobond.

Dibond is available in 2mm, 3mm and 4mm thickness boards. This aluminium faced composite sheet has a polythene core and a special high quality polyester stove-enamelled laquer making it perfect for direct to substrate printing. It is extremely rigid yet lightweight.

Dibond can easily be fixed to posts, drilled, riveted or nailed to walls, and is totally rust resistant. Dibond will not crack and has a completely flat and consistent thickness. Double sided printing onto Dibond is also possible.

All printed boards are securely packaged using corner protectors, foam centered board covering and bubble wrap.

Larger panels over 2m x 1m in size will require delivery using a same day courier at additional cost to ensure the safety of these larger sized panels.
