Direct to Board UV Printing

For our most discerning clients, we have installed the HP Scitex FB6100 3.2M Flatbed Printer. This is a high quality wide format / large format rigid media printer.

Using the latest in HP printing technology, we can now offer an unrivalled service, providing large format direct to substrate printing services from East London and Essex to the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Extra Large

Our printed panels are available at sizes up to 3m x 2m (maximum per single panel), with a maximum thickness of 50mm, and are printed at a resolution of 1270 x 800 dpi using 8 colour UV inks. The result is an extremely vivid colour print with a highly durable weather resistant panel which is both fade resistant and waterproof.

Our flatbed printing process makes borderless printing a breeze, so now there is no longer any need for the outdated and very time consuming mounting to board process.

Environmentally friendly / Eco friendly

UV Printing does not use any harsh solvents when compared to solvent printers, which give off volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during the print process. An ultra violet light causes a reaction in the inks which dries the inks to the board.

Please note all panels can also be contour cut to any required shape on our state of the art CNC Zund G3 cutter.

Next day Delivery and Packaging cost from £20

All printed boards are securely packaged using corner protectors, foam centered board covering and bubble wrap.

Larger panels over 2m x 1m in size will require delivery using a same day courier at additional cost to ensure the safety of these larger sized panels.
